Kaylin Smith, PhD

Hi, I'm Kaylin! I'm a linguist and psychologist who really enjoys research. I specialize in phonetics/phonology and psycho- and neuro- linguistics.

 

I recently received my Ph.D. in Linguistics from Michigan State University with an Interdepartmental Graduate Specialization in Cognitive Science. I also earned my M.Sc. in Psychology of Language from The University of Edinburgh and B.A. in Psychology from Monmouth College.

I'm currently interning at Principal Financial Group as a Natural Language Processing/Linguistics Engineer with the Data and Operations Research team at Principal Global Investors.
